INGREDIENTS
120g self-raising flour
1 medium egg
1 egg white
140ml skimmed milk
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tbsp golden syrup
1 cal oil spray
INSTRUCTIONS
Spray 2 sprays of Frylight (or any 1 cal oil spray)
Pour some batter onto the frying pan (use a measuring cup or a ladle to ensure they’re all the same size). The pancake should be a medium size, about 10-12cm in diameter.
Wait until you see bubbles on your pancake. This means it’s ready to flip!
Flip your pancake and let it cook for a couple of minutes.
Use a spatula to remove your pancake from the pan and onto your plate.
